Hi guys I am using Vodafone sim since 3 years where before it showed lifetime validity and later valid till 2021 but from decemDec 1 I am not able to do any outgoing calls or messages when I enquired customer care their response is if you need this number recharge for 35/65. I asked why should I recharge it’s my wish I already have balance in my account but they are like if you recharge your SIM will work. After all this I recharged and now the SIM is valid for only 28 days . Please take some actions against these loot where people are made goats by vodafone.
