Text of Complaint by kumar sudhakar:

I have prepaid number (no#9717463650 airtel).

Airtel is sending message that if i am not recharging my number then they will auto deduct the amount from the balance .

I am using prepaid hoe Airtel deduct amount from my balance without my permission.

I spoke to service center (conversation # 11208040290), they saying it will be deducted whether you want it or not.

I want to know under which rule service provider has got right to auto deduct the amount.
