I have been a Vodafone user since 2008 and was happy for the service but company coming with new strategy of expiring the lifetime validity has created a shockwave to me. As i wasn’t informed on priority and they have freezed by recharge balance and forced me to recharge with RC35. So I hereby request the forum to take necessary action against the service provider under cheating and forcing consumers to pay for no reason.
