I lost my phone and so do my Vodafone prepaid SIM when I reached the Vodafone store the lady there told me that I cannot get the prepaid SIM and handed over a postpaid SIM to me stating that I have to bear this for 3months I want to sue Vodafone for fooling customers to increase their sales and fooling the customers. Now I have to repeatedly go to their store for providing photographs bills to again port from postpaid to prepaid.
