Text of Complaint by Anushree Acharya:

I deactivated my Vodafone number in October 2020. We cleared all dues with them before deleting completely. Now they’re calling us and also mailing us regarding a bill payment for the month of November.

In the past as well, they’ve tried to extract more more than it was given as a part of the selected plan. Sometimes twice in a month.
