What a pathetic service Vodafone is providing. A big liar service provider. I am using your services and number 7276081209 from last +8 years. Don’t know how much you looted me. While checking last 6 to 8 months bill I observed lots of inconsistencies and billing amount raised without any change in plan. Plus Vodafone is providing one of the worst service in our region. Poor network for call, data. Many call drop. Don’t know, I am just carrying dead phone- without network most on the time.

Due to all these reason I raised request for number porting. Then I got call from your customer care and they offer to give me wavier on my one month extra bill of RS 500 and offer me change in plan so I continue with Vodafone. Last month also I received bill of RS 532. I called customer care about my waiver then they said it will reflect in my may months bill so I waited. Now I see again I received bill of RS 350 APPROXIMATELY. And no agreed waiver in the bill.
When I called today to customer care she denied my request saying all previous charges were valid.
This is frustrating and annoying. Iam feeling Vodafone is big bluffing service provider. I have all recordings were customer care agreed for this compensation. I am logging complain in consumer court. It’s lots of financial and mental stress because of all your miss management. Let it be more expenses to me but I will make sure company will not torcher anyone else again.
