Text of Complaint by Hema:

I had requested customer care on 12th November 2019 to deactivate International Roaming. As per Vodafone records also this is acknowledge by the customer care executives (several on follow up calls). In March 2020 I realised I was still paying for International Roaming when I had already requested its deactivation. The customer care on phone lines asked to put an email, which when I did, they refuse to accept responsibility. I have a paid for over 3 months which U want them to adjust in my next billing cycle. But they are not responding or accepting responsibility. I have written to them asking for the audio recording of 12th November 2019 to prove my case, but they are refusing to give that to me.
