Text of Complaint by Sheetalaprasad Tripathi:

I am using Vodafone prepaid service. I did not get prior information that my services will be deactivated though I had balance in my prepaid account. Even then I decided to re-activate the service and, after discussing with Vodafone customer care, I recharged my sim with minimum required recharge of INR 35.00. However, more than 12 hours are completed my sim in not activated. When I asked the customer care (an hour after my recharge) they said it will be done in 4 hours. Now when I am trying to contact them, they have blocked the access to customer care executive (I am keep getting same recorded message after tying the number required to talk to Vodafone customer care).

I am attaching my recharge bill.
