Text of Complaint by Vimal V Nair:

Dear team, I have requested for a one year duplicated bill over phone to customer care and I haven’t got a proper service even after waiting for 3 days, hence I have visisted your Vodafone Thrissur store and mentioned my request to one of the executive, she told that 6 months she can give and for one year she can give only a statement with seal, and asked me to take a token and wait. I have done the same and waited for almost 25min and when I reached another counter the excecutive have told that it’s not possible to give one year statement, I have mentioned the discussion that happened with the first executive, so the first executive have walked in to the counter and told it’s not possible to give one year statement, when I told you few min before you have agreed to give, her behaviour was pathetic as she said this is what we can do and left the counter. Atrocious service quality and supervising, when the industry is facing the worst time and this is behaviour of a staff, how customer will retain, when we have enough choice to make without changing the number. My number is 9745105072. I want to see what action is going to take by the people who read this. Once gain let me pony out my requirement for which I visisted your store, JUST TO TAKE MY DUPLICATE BILL OF LAST ONE YEAR.
