Dear Sir,
From last 6months the Vodafone dongle is giving network issues. I have complained many times in call center and there is no response from them. Hence I decided to disconnect the dongle in April2020 as soon as I paid the bill. I clearly informed in the mail that I want permanent disconnection and not interested in continuing but they kept on sending mails to convince me to continue. In this process they spent 25days abd disconnected my services on 11th May 2020. Now they want me to pay for the May 2020 bill as well.
Why should the customer suffer for delay from Vodafone?
Why should customer pay for not using the services?
Why were all escalation channels closed for the customer?
This is financial and emotional harassment to the customer.
