Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I am staying in a sealed colony due to covid problem. We are not allowed to move out at all. But Rs 195 has been deducted from my wallet showing fast tag charges. When my vehicle has not moved and we had not visited any toll why is that much amount deducted that too it is not showing any place in statement also. Kindly check and do the needful.
