I have taken Vodafone iphone forver plan for my iphone insurance when I brought my phone. I was using this service and pay postpaid bill for the same from last 7months which 800rs approx. Suddenly, I got a message saying that your plan has been changed to red entertainment basic from iphone forever on 13th feb without any notification. I talked to customer care and now they are saying they can not revert this plan as it got expired and thats why we have changed your plan.
How can they change my plan without talking to me or without notification? Is plan really expired bcoz some of frnz(they did not get notification for expiry of this plan) are still using it?
I want that old plan:iphone forever now bcoz I cant take any other insurance now as my phone is already 7 months old.
