Text of Complaint by Malcom Dsouza:

I have ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. As per records there was a payment due in the amount of 194 Rs. I have already paid this amount still my outgoing was barred. I had already sent my payment confirmation to [email protected] to activate my outgoing services. I also spoke to one of your executive to confirm if the payment has been acknowledged and if they have confirmed if the payment was checked. I was assured that the payment has been received and the services are now working. there should not be any issues. However, my services were still disconnected and now my vodafone services are not working.
