Text of Complaint by Jineet Vora:

I am entitled to receive a refund of Rs. 5,120.31/- from Vodafone. I received an email from Vodafone on 22/02/2019 that the cheque has been dispatched and it will be delivered in next 7 working days. It has been more than 70 days today and yet I haven’t received the refund in spite of calling customer care and visiting the store several times.
