It is about recharge not refunded in my account that debited on dated 24/03/2020 morning I am trying to recharge my Mobile number 9467367460 with My Vodafone app using state bank account UPI 9467367460@ybl.

The amount is debited but not reflected in your Vodaphone app and payment successful from the bank side. But unfortunately does not show in your app history and after waiting time of 7 min it automatically portal is canceled. Paytm shows payment is done from there side on this mentioned address

at 8:30 am


After waiting  5-6 hours no amount is reflected on my SBI account and sent you a mail regarding this and tries many ways to contact but no one is there for the answer. So I am trying to activate the recharge again and this time uses my ICICI account. And recharge is initiated in my Number at 03:00 pm on 24/04/2020. The UPI address used for this payment is given and a screenshot is also attached  IIN/Vodafone   /202003241423/008408998119/
You can check both transactions for cross-checking.
I am very disappointed with your side for taking such time to resolve that issue.
I got a call from your Vodaphone customer care and she tells me that it is our mistake (mobile no.8930995553 on 25/03/2020 at 2:29) and we refund you within 5 days. But no amount is initiated yet in my account.
please resolve that issue and refund my money.
