My mobile no is 9851386776 (Vodafone-West Bengal). yesterday night i.e. 05/01/2019 my data and calling pack was exhausted and finished. According to Vodafone rule I will get message and extra few days time to recharge new pack and if I accept their offer they can deduct 24 rupees for giving me 28 days outgoing call facility extension. But they deduct 24 rs within 3 hours and after that when I complaint in customer care they told to wait me for next 3 days without recharge further any offer. They also didint transfer call to higher officials when I want. They talked very arrogantly. For their fault I have to suffer and I cant give any call or cant use internet. Why I will face trouble for their fraud system. If I am not educate enough then they can easily fraud me like this. And surely now they are doing the same to many uneducated people of India. They are doing this as TRAI is not taking any step against them. I appeal to take strong step against them.
