Text of Complaint by Rahul Ahuja:

Vodafone has deactivated services without intimation even though I had lifetime validity card, now they are saying it has be recharged with plan having validity, I have around Rs. 80 balance which I had recharged recently but still I can’t use, and their customer care service is also not responding and cut the call. How can they deactivate the service without prior information, in emergency situation it is very dangerous.
