Ur staf gve worst service
Dey evn dnt know wat to say to customer al d senior gving false statement one is sayng different n another one is saying different
N dey dnt hve a respect for customer dey diretly cut d cal
Wat service uh r gvng if uh dnt know den y u r gvng false statement
M calng frm day one bt til nw i didn’t get a cal frm ur netwrk team
N ur company providing best netwrk service ad dis is totally false even ur staff member dnt know hw to talk to customer as well as ur senior on friday onwards m calng continuesly bt ur staff is like sry sir for inconvenience Ap ko cal aajayega bt i didn’t get any cal dis is india worst service i ever get
N before gvng proper information dey directly cut my cal i hve a proof of dat
Even der senior dnt know wat dey have to say every senior told me different thng on friday one senior said uh ill get call within 24 hrs sir promise dis is guarantee den after 24 hrs i call den one staff member whose name is mahesh said our system is close it ill take 2 hrs den i talk to senior hus name was rahul he said sry do ghnte badh kijiye n i said whn i calld at 5 pm den also uh ppl said call us after 2 hrs n whn i call at 6 pm den also uh ppl say call after 2 hrs den he told me call me after 2 hrs n directly disconnect my call
Dis is d way to behave to ur customer
Again i call at 8.30pm den one lady receive my call her name was reena she told me sir my senior told me 7 workng days lgta h n insaid in return bt yesterday ur senior told.me within 24 hrs uh ill get a call hw uh ppl gvng us a false statement den i said her gve a call to ur senior den she dirvtly declined n said senior se abhi baat nhi hogi den she directly disconnect my call
Wat uh thnk v r free to call uh evrytym wat service un r gvng to us
Again i call today talk to senior snehal she told me sir sat sun off rheta h usdin call nhi jata h den i said agr nhi nata h toh friday ko alke senior ne false statement q. Diya sb senior ko alg alg sikhaya jata h kya den she told me sir m providing uh d email uh directly post ur complaint over der den i said if evrythng ill b done by customer den wat uh ppl gvng??
Den she didn’t rply den i askd her if i didn’t get a call by tomm wat shld i do bt she is sayng nly one thng sir call aajayega aajayega bs n she cut my call
If ur company can’t provide best service den y uh gve ads
Bcz of ads v customer trust uh
After dat uh ppl fool us
I want a strict action against those ppl n i want my prblm to b solve before 12am by tomm
Otherwise i ill directly complaint
Abt ur false statement i hve a recordng
If u ppl dnt want to gve best service den y u gve a ads
Bcz of u ppl i got rejected in my interview
I lost a job in accenture dat was a world 3rd biggest company
Bcz of ur worst data dnt fool ur customer bcz of us uh r surviving
