Hi,

I had called Vodafone today to get bill explanation, i had some issues with the internet charges. Some agent name Krutika answered the call, she was unable to explain the bill and proactively transferred the call to her supervisor (don’t know her name), who asked me to be on hold and disconnected the call.

I had been on that call for more than 20 minutes and called from landline. So there was no network issue where the call could have been disconnected because of the network issue. I was calling during my working hours today is the last day of the bill payment, due to my hectic work schedule i couldn’t call earlier.

The service is very pathetic. I can’t believe that a supervisor who is suppose to help the customer and handle escalations can disconnect the call. If the supervisor can do this there nothing much that you expect from an agent. Later i called again this girl name Girja answered the call and after keeping me on hold for 20 mins she disconnected the call.

Poor customer service i am going to switch to another provider, but will definitely want some action to be taken against the agent Girja and the supervisor who disconnected the call.
