Text of Complaint by Akhilesh Mishra:

My Number: 7065692829

I have called Vodafone customer care for query regarding my bill payment. I was not satisfied from the info given by the executive so I requested him to raise my request to further level. But he denied for the same and after me requesting multiple times he just put my call on hold for around 5 mins then disconnects the call being so sincere.
Please do take some action against the executive so that he will never repeat the same with some other customer.
