Dear Sir / Mam,
I am using Vodafone Network since about 7-8 years, but with great sorrow, I have to say that due to your arbitrary attitude i am be forced to leave this network.
Today dated 10.04.2018 at early morning 4:58AM i have received a message-“Hello Lifestyle pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 17.04.2018 and a 7 days rental of Rs. 49 has been deducted.
At this time i am sleeping then how this service have been activated and when i call on 198 or 199 there will be no option to talk to representative. Then I send the message to deactivate this service and also i send the mail regarding this, and at evening i again call to customer care and registered my complain. From 10.04.2018 to 12.04.2018 i have call many times to customer care, the customer care response that your complain registered and it will be resolve shortly but not done so far.
After 3 days today (10:34AM from +911247179664) we receive call that you have registered complain after 24 Hrs so your refund of money not possible. ………….Why?
