Text of Complaint by Devanshu Rawat:

I have a red postpaid plan .and I wanted to avail amazon prime subscription offer  and I talked to a customer care executive on 25 June .and I have done everthing right I told all the issue to them , I have install and uninstall Vodafone play app hundred of times but all gone in vain .

then he told me that he is registering a complain and I with get call in 48 hours then next day I again call to another Vodafone customer care executive and told all the issue and I also told him that I have already registered a complain but he said that there is no any complain registered about your issue ,

I was shocked I told him all the talk I had with that executive and he also said that we will listen your previous talks with that member and if I was right I will get call in 24 hours but again no calls and first time in my life I feels that they are fooling me .
