Sir,
I have a vodafone prepaid connection (9641206770). I have recharged my mobile no (9641206770) with 458 on 23-01-18. As per plan of 458 vodafone will provide me unlimited incoming call while on romming, daily 250 min of outgoing calls (outgoing romming calls also) with 1000 min weekly limit and 100 nos SMS per day .
From the beginning of the pack vodafone charged for incoming calls and they showed the same as outgoing calls on 9641206770. but it is my own number. How can vodafone charged for outgoing calls on 9641206770 ? as the incoming source and outgoing destination is same. After several complaint to vodafone they neither solve my problem nor refunded my deducted balance and day by day they making me fool.
