Text of Complaint by Pranav Kumar palikila:

9052720960 Ms nikitha from Vodafone giving fake promises to pay bill and after paying the bill she is asking me to pay the balance amount and spoke very rudely and hanging the call without even giving proper response 

I regret using your services from past 8 years now you broke the trust and I finally wanted to change my network  just because of your arrogant  behavior with the customer at least from now try to train your executive to speak decently with customers so that you won’t loose your  valuable customers and the worst part is paid the bill for one month even though they suspended my sim such a bad and worst experience with Vodafone regret using your services
