Dear sir,
This is chowdri.ap, from Chennai, I am having 8 years Vodafone cell number used, but now a days my amount of approximately 120rupess debited my amount ,in continue of this ,I called several times to Vodafone customer care but subjected problem not solved and reason of debited amount not answered properly,
Vodafone customer care told that third party was debited my amount, in this context I asked to Vodafone’ without my approval or signature why third party debited and what’s the control having Vodafone’.
But Vodafone blindly told that ,we are not answered such a scenario.
Therefore solve the issue, and give the justice as soon as possible.
