Text of Complaint by Cynthia John:

  1. I have not subscribed to any value added services. Vodafone keeps sending message that you have been subscribed ot ”glamor videos’ ‘how to videos’ etc., Thus doubling my bill value. I had to visit Vodafone office twice and after promises to deactivate, the very next day, new devices are acivated. I want to end the harassment and I want compensation for mental harassment and loss of business work hours to visit the Vodafone office
