Text of Complaint by Venkata Nagendra:

I have changed to sim 2g to 4g on 22-Apr-18 they said it will activate with in 48 hrs, After 48 hrs also new was not activated but old sim was working fine ,

Suddenly yesterday 25-Apr-18 both sims are stopped working on 1 pm on words, i am using the same sim for all my bank transactions now i am unable to make transaction because of Vodafone sim is not working  ,  went to MG road JMD building vodafone store they are saying wait for 24 hrs ,

if the customer is not receiving the calls and outgoing call how the value you people to give the customer, this is very bad service of vodafone store people,Kindly help me to resolve the issue asap.
