I am trying to call on 040 3085 8602 and 040 3085 8603 which is the support number of textlocal company. But when I am making call to these number from my vodafone number (9800150635) or from my friends voda number, It gets automatically rejected without any try. And If I am calling through any Airtel number, it connects everytime.
So, I made two calls to the customer support of vodafone and they are trying to convince me by suggesting that I need to lodge a complain to landline service support. I don’t understand, what to answer them on there this type of stupid answer. They also said that, they have no solution for this type of issue. On second call they suggest me to go to a vodafone store. And, on sating that airtel is supporting these number so may I switch to Airtel, they said they are okay if I do so.
Finally the conclusion is, They can’t help us as they say happy to help us. Vodafone is no more happy to help us. 🙁
