Reluctantly I have to say its had been my life’s worst decision the day I chose to switch to Vodafone from Airtel. My number got activated on 9 Feb 2018 in Vodafone.
First time they suspended my number because non payment of an alternate number I have from Vodafone which I paid after I was informed.
Then there were some address verification issue they encountered which took ages to get resolve causing suspension on numerous occasions though it happened due to negligence of their verification department which wasnt able to resolve this issue.
I contacted Nodal office and they acted in 48 hrs and resolved that issue. Now they suspended my number without any prior information due to the non-payment of my outstanding of Rs.159/- when I switched to airtel 4-5 months ago.
I really dont want to pay anything as I have lost faith in this company who kept suspending my number for ANY reason.
So what is the gaurantee that they will not suspend my number again? In this era mobile has become the fourth basic need and I can’t let anyone exploit my this need, sort of extort or blackmail.
Now they have stopped responding to my emails and their customer service operators have limited or no authority to resolve any query.
I request my number to be ported to Airtel lest a settlement and close it.
