This is in regards to my complaint ref 334044374 dated 12-MAR-2018 wherein no action has been taken so far and is unresolved. I received the last email from appellate after escalating it that it would be resolved within 10 days however they are not ready to compensate for my losses and pain I have undergone and are adamant.
I am Vodafone Postpaid customer for no. +91 991 611 6657 since 8 years and overall 15 years have been using Vodafone Postpaid service, however, I have been facing serious network issues and call drop since 6 months at indoor of my apartment @ KR Puram, Bangalore.
I had also taken a day off for your executive to have him visit my place on a weekday and inspect the place, however, post his visit I have not received any update from Vodafone. I have reached a couple of times from my end to inquire about the status and requested for a callback, however, nothing was fruitful. I have not received a single call on my status and resolution.
This is quite disheartening!!
I only get calls or reminders for bill payment and no works on my resolution!!
I have been facing serious network issues due to which I have lost a lot of things personally and professionally. I AM NOT GOING TO EXCUSE VODAFONE THIS TIME!!!
Even I have lost a lot of money on my business calls due to sudden call drop and network issue. WHO WOULD COMPENSATE THAT????
I WILL TAKE THIS UP IN MEDIA IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN!! SERIOUSLY I HAD NOT EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM A BRAND LIKE VODAFONE!!
I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE MONEY UNTIL MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED!!!
HAVE MY ISSUES RESOLVED AND COMPENSATE FOR MY LOSSES!!
