Hello Sir,

I m One of the oldest client to vodafone in Gujarat circle, I was happy with them but Unfortunately last 2 month this company activated any pack on my number without my permission and take my hard core earning. these thinks happened with me last 2 month & taking my money every time and pressure via message to do recharges.

I also complain two times in Customer care number but they also doing  fraud  with me to give dummy request number & says your money with creadit in 90 min but i couldnt found, Next time while i call customer care other guys told me there is no any request number generated.

So, I request to you pls look my matter closely and refund my money from this company.
