Sir,
I, Sourav Nath having mobile no 9874277535 transferred my no from prepaid to postpaid on 27th January 2018 at Vodafone mini store at P.C Roy road , andul, howrah. After that I made a call to 59059 for TV process. After that my number stopped working. I visited at the Vodafone store at Contai, Purva Medinipurpur as I have to stay there for the purpose of my job. They changed my sim and said the problem will be resolved soon. But next days the same problem exists. Next day I again visited the same store, they confirmed that the problem will be resolved soon. After that I came back to Andul. Visited at the andul Vodafone mini store. He confirmed that the problem will be resolved soon. But still now the problem exists. I emailed at Vodafone customer care on 11th February 2018. But still now the same problem exists. I called St 9830098300, from there I am advised to visit again to a vodaVoda store.
Now sir, I want to know how many times I will have to visit at Vodafone store to solve the problem?
Kindly help me and oblige so that the problem can be solved and oblige.
