I had lost my sim which was in a process of porting so I requested for a new prepaid sim which they told me it will be activated in 48hrs which is a long time to stay a no.
But I agreed but even after 48hrs my wasn’t activated so I visited the store again they told me to wait again for 5hrs but it wasn’t activated the Vodafone representative gave me his no. To contact if the no. Wasn’t activated I called him for 3hrs but he repeated said he was having lunch and ignored my calls.
This isn’t expected from a repudiated company like Vodafone just activate my no. So that I can port out again. Or after this I don’t care if I have to go the court for mental harassment
