I have been repeatedly requesting Vodafone care to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. I have been getting texts that someone will contact me regarding the same but no action has been taken and then I get a bill for the entire month. Why am I expected to pay when I’ve already asked them to change the number. Though i was using it, but I desprately need a number so I obviously had to use it. This is high time I have been suffering and paying for no reason. When can I get my number changed? Who us responsible for this?
