This is complaint against my Vodafone Prepaid Number. Paytm showing the wrong plan sum of 595 benefit unlimited local/national/roaming validity 180 days.
Today morning i recharge my Vodafone no by this plan but didn’t get any such benefit while making outgoing call amount deducted from main account balance and when i complaint about this to paytm they are not answering properly and same question asking me several times when i already given answer about all the queries they need to know for wrong recharge they asked.
They are least bother about customer problems. Really a worst experience with paytm i never do any payment,recharge or transaction through paytm. It’s totally loss of 600 rs just because of this worst paytm app.
