I started to use vodafone from February , i was using Jio service , so i decided to port in delhi Vodafone , so i took a plan 499 , but i am struggling from last five months regarding my bills , automatically VAS felicities activated , bills comes with added vas charges , i called every months vodafone return extra charges from my bill , vodafone customer care informed me in april that they have blocked it these charges will not come from next bill ,
but no change it is added this months also similarly like five months , now customer care is forcing me to pay the bill , ensuring me that this will not repeat again , i could not understand that , how can pay the same bill which is not used .
