In month of September, I have visited the Vodafone store and at that time they told that your OTP is not coming, so you need to change your no to postpaid otherwise your no. will be disconnect. So I have converted it into postpaid but after that I have issue complaint on this so Vodafone customer care has launch a complaint so they have called me and again converted my no. into prepaid.
And first time they have taken 250 as security money for converting it into postpaid. Which they are now refusing that you are not paying now.and that time I have also asked for receipt but they have told that they have updated it on the portal.but it is not updated. Now they are telling that there is no security deposit showing on your no. (07838757407).
