Hello sir,
It is with deep regret that I am urged upon filing this complaint. I have been using my vodafone number +91-7508453844 for approximately an year, and recently before embarking upon a journey abroad to Qatar I changed my plan on International roaming and revoked the earlier Red postpaid plan of 499.
I haven’t made or received any calls nor used any data, my customer service person at Panchkula sector 20 told me that they have changed the plan two months back and they switched me to 249 rupee International roaming plan, wherein I am supposed to be getting only free incoming SMS service.
Despite this from the past 3 months I am being charged approximately 1600 rupees per month without any kind of usage and recently I am not even receiving any signal also. Kindly resolve the issue or I have to consider switching to some other telecom service provider.
