Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be informed that I , Dr Poonam Chandra has been your customer for many years now. However, I was appalled to know that unnecessary over over deduction of calling charges has been done this month. The details are as follows:

- Nature of complaint: Overdeduction of charges. On 24th of March I noticed that my prepaid balance left was only around Rs 40/_ while a day before it was more than Rs 200/- . I had not made any call which warranted such out of proportion deduction . After making a verbal complaint at the telecentreĀ I was not given any satisfactory answer except that I had made s0me two calls at a number (leading to deduction of Rs 54/- twice) which was absolutely false. I had not done any callsĀ on that particular number. I can prove that with my call log.
- I want my money back which has been unnecessary deducted .
- I want acknowledgement of my complaint within 24 hrs of the receipt of this complaint.
- Finally I want a resolution (by way of returning my money back) within 48 hrs of the filing of this complaint or I will be constrained to escalate the matter to consumer court/Airtel authorities as deemed fit.
