On 019/04/2018 Vodafone started to deduct balance stating that some value added service has been activated. They have charged totally 12rs.
When i called them and complained about it they say that the service will be deactivated and refund will be initiated within 30 minutes. but after 3 days they are saying thatthat refund the money(floor manager Jayakumar). This is not only on one number. Many of my friends also facing the same problem. Firs
