I’m using Paytm associated with my number +91 95006 95005. I had made a transaction of Inr 4500.00 on 10/01/2018, failed & since today I have not received the refund. Again today 24/04/2018 INR 1971 is also failed and on trying your customer care- 011-33996699 saying wallet ID incorrect and call disconnected. What is the process or refund or please communicate clearly on mail about the procedure to be followed before escalating the grievance to Nodal Office?
