Text of Complaint by Aarti:

From yesterday 2:00 pm onward my sim is not working there is no incoming and outgoing services available for calls and messages including internet services. Full network is showing but as soon as I try to call the call will ended itself.

I call Vodafone customer care 4 times yesterday they told that that your sim will start working in 30 min. and your complaint has been registered by us everytime.

But noting was done in this regard still I am not able to access the service available on my number. today I also want to the customer care in Sector-18 they told that system is showing that everything is activate we don’t know why your sim not working.

they took my alternative number also to call  me but no action has been taken till now it was about 1 and half day I am try continuously i want to fill a complaint against Vodafone company
