i have made a change from vodafone to other subscriber i was said that the company makes refund after 60 days i got a mail about that on jan 18 that my money refunded was on check was not delivered due to incorrect of my address so, I was told to make go to a vodafone store and make change in address so I have moved in to a vodafone store(tirupathi) in near by asked an employee to change address they said that it will be coming to office it self so please wait for some more time.
so then there by I hav visited store many times but there was no response of my complaint every time i visit store the employee response was not atoll satisfactory. i need vodafone to make money refunded.
i even have mailed them through complaint department in vodafone but there was no response about it. The vodafone didnt even give response from the concerned department.
i m attaching files that were send to me by vodafone about the refund of money in which it was said that my address was wrong and also which i recently complainted to vodafone care about my issue but there was no response from them.
