I, Dimple Prabhudas Gandhi, am a Vodafone customer holding Mobile N0: 9833792490. I got my mobile phone recharged with a refill of RS. 185=00 today ie 11-02-2018 on which I was supposed to get full talk time of RS. 185=00. I also got an additional recharge of RS.23=00 with which my call rate was to become RS.0=30/min.
When I checked my balance, I realised that RS. 23=00 was deducted from my recharge of RS. 185=00 & also the retailer charged me RS. 185=00 + RS. 23=00=RS. 208=00. In short, I paid RS. 23=00 twice ie RS.23=00 x 2=RS. 46=00.
Customer always pays full amount to retailer for recharge done on one’s mobile. I did not understand as to why this time, Vodafone has deducted RS. 23=00 from my account {which is never the case} & I also had to pay RS. 23=00 to the retailer ?????
