Text of Complaint by shubham sain:

with humble respect i want to say that i did contact  vodafone customer care officer (call 198) for call rate cutter plan enquiry. they provided to me information that recharge with rs 11 and get v2v @10p/m local and other local @ 30p/m for 84 days. than i did rcharge with rs 11.

      now i received message that “congratulations! recharge of Rs 11 is successful.now enjoy local V2V calls @10p/m for 30 days.
    so this is cheat with me. because recharge is done according to customer care officer plan. i have call  recording with  customer care officer of such conversation.
