Hi
I would like to file a complaint against Vodafone. It’s been more than 2 weeks that I submitted my request to change my phone plan from postpaid to prepaid. I went in to Vodafone store which KS located in Rohini near m2k cinema and they told me your number will be activated in next 72hrs.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and I am not able to get any services on my number due to which I have to bear huge loss.
I called Vodafone customer care number as well those guys are so rude and unprofessional that I can’t describe that in words.
I want you to look in the matter and get number activated as soon as possible and reimburse me some amount due to loss which I faced due to them. Vodafone phone number is 9999003878.
