Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar Karnatak:

Dear Mam/ Sir ,

I have been using Vodafone number 8376824885    for last 6-7 Years . I moved to USA in 2016 and I activate International Roaming , but I start receiving very high bill . I paid all ans asked to put my number on hold . I visited India in AUG and request for Pre Paid Conversion .

Vodafone Representative st Sector -50 Noida Ms Rekha did all the process and ask you can come on 3rd Sep after paying the post paid bill . My  brother in law visited and showed him the full payment receipt and paid rs 177 for pre paid recharge and rs 50 for 3 days post paid .

But that pre paid connection never started and when I communicate to customer care they  send me only the automated message they  not even read the content of mail .

After lot of communication I requested to provide someone number at upper level caz it looks like customer care do not able to read the content of mail as per traininig they respond by copying and pasting the message .

I got a mail from some Neha that this issue will resolve after 48 hours since hand over to specialized team. Looks like Specialized team is more careless .Its more than 48 hours but I am still straggling  to activate my number .
