I am using Vodafone for last 3 years and I am unable to use it on 4g speeds/4g network.Few months earlier I wanted to change my plans for internet.
i called on Vodafone to get a good plan and the person on line assured me that it will be activated(Amount Rs-499) and few minutes I came to know that he has activated a Rs-1200 data pack.
I called on the Vodafone number,another person discussed with me but no necessary action was taken place.the next day I called them again and then a person responded and then I made them solve my problem, and this thing wasted almost a day of mine.
