Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to you in times of utter urgency and having faced with grave disappointment and utmost lackadaisical attitude from the Customer care and Technical team. My Complaint ID is – 519292022, Phone Number – 9885283998

The concern enlisted below:

  1. Not receiving any sort of message/communication from my banks through phone messages, such as – OTP, credit/debit messages, weekly balance updates OR any online vendor such as Swiggy etc.
  2. This has been the case since more than a week now
  3. Earlier, thinking that it is a bank issue I had already lost ~3 days to this (communicating with concerned department)
  4. Later on it was understood it is happening for both of my bank accounts – thus quite apparently it is a network provider issue i.e. VODAFONE
  5. Major concern – Despite repetitive calls to the Vodafone CC and post having escalated the issue not one soul has bothered to call me to intimate, to tell me it is under progress or any kind of discussion or assurance or help, which is highly appalling!

6. I have been using this number for the past 11 long years now!!!! – and more importantly, shamelessly there is utter absence of understanding the gravity of the situation

7. No response from the Appellate Office (Mumbai) to my email either, No one is answering the calls!!!
