I have taken this airtel number and using the same since last 1 year.
The same card was provided to me with 4G connection by since 1 year I was getting the 3 G speed and the same was fooled to me that you have 4G speed.
Yesterday I visited the store at captioned subject address. I sat there for 30 minutes and was given a reply that your card needs to be changed. The same was changed and I was informed the 4G will start working by evening. I again visited the store and they again inform me that we need to write a mail and then your connection will be converted to 4G and the store person will call me on the next day morning by 11.00 am and the same 4G service will be activated.
I didn’t received any call and I got the number from google.I had called them thrice as the number was busy. Then she took the call and started shouting at me that why are you calling continuously as we are busy on another call. i told her is this is your behaviour, I will registered the Police complaint.
Then I ask them what about my 4G connection then she disconnected the phone. After some time I got call from the store from manager that we will register the police complaint as you have spoken wrongly with female. Now fault is there that I didn’t got a call, my services are not started and My ongoing services are also not working because of there suggested new card.
i think that you are running a reputed store with uneducated people, who are behaving like gang.
Please take necessary action against such behavior.
i will also register a complaint in TRAI for giving me 3 G services and providing me 4 G card and also in consumer court..
